Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.  State law requires collecting and reporting  the name, physical address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions aggregate $100 or more.  The maximum amount an individual or entity may contribute is $5,900 per election.  Personal and corporate contributions are accepted.  Contributions from foreign nationals are not permitted. 

Contact information and Credit Card information will be used for processing as required by law.  Charges on your bank statement will appear as "Elect Gina Posey" on your credit card/bank statement.
